Monivea Rusty Chain Cycle Club committee members, Paul Kilkelly, Martin Maher and Philip Neilan present a €2500 cheque to Pat Jordan and Brendan Sheehan from the Kilcuan Centre in Kilcornan.
This money will help fund the next IHCPT (Irish Pilgrimage Trust) trip to Lourdes, and is the proceeds of last Stephen’s Day sponsored cycle.
The Rusty Chain club is always keen to welcome new members. Next meeting is March 12th, 9pm in the Fr Sammon Hall and new members can always casually join the weekly cycle, which leaves the Garda Barracks in Monivea each Sunday at 11:30am.
